Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNELLIE MABEL MATHERS August 29, 1906 - March 18, 2009 After living a wonderful life for a little more than one hundred and two years, Nellie Mabel Mathers passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Predeceased by her siblings, she leaves to celebrate her life, nieces, Carol Turner and Dianne Bloomfield (Brian), many great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Sincere thanks to the amazing staff at Oakview Extendicare where Nellie has lived for the last eight years. The folks there were not only her caregivers, but became her friends and extended family. We are forever grateful to them. Cremation has taken place and a family memorial at the graveside will be held at a later date.
